When will Pending Magic launch?
We're actively building and testing. Sign up for early access to be among the first to know and the first to get in.
Do my clients need to make an account?
No. That's one of the core ideas. Clients get a private link with no login and no app to download. They open it to see the current status, timeline and delivery date.
Is this a full project management or CRM tool?
No, on purpose. Pending Magic is intentionally simple: one status per project, a shareable link and automatic updates. If you need a full CRM or team workflow builder, this isn't it.
Can I customize the stages?
Yes. Start with our built-in templates and customize them to fit your exact workflow.
Does Pending Magic process payments?
No, and that's intentional. You'll be able to track an invoice total and mark deposits or payments as received, but no money moves through Pending Magic. It's a status tracker with lightweight invoice notes, not a payment processor.
Will it be free?
Yes, core features will be free at launch with no credit card required to sign up. We'll offer a Pro plan for power features down the road.
